Terms and Conditions:
1. Membership Fees:
Membership fees are charged weekly,
fortnightly or monthly.
2. Basic Treatments:
Includes chemical peels, IPL, HydraFacial, micro-needling, limited plasma pen treatments and LED therapy
(valued between $75 to $350 per treatment).
3. If you choose to redeem your prepaid membership fees for treatments
and do not wish to continue ongoing membership payments,
we will offer you an exclusive discount.
4. Advanced services include:
Face and body contouring treatments.
5. Discounts:
Membership discounts (10-25% off services and skincare products) are tier-specific
and cannot be combined with other offers,
promotions, or discounts.
A minimum of 3 months payment to be entitled to free services and vouchers.
Value of 3 months payment can be prepaid to receive immediate offers.
6. Membership Tier Upgrades:
Members may upgrade their membership tier at any time. Upgrading will result in an adjustment
of weekly payments and benefits in the following billing cycle.
7. Gift Vouchers:
You will receive the first voucher after 6 months of your membership.
You can gift to a Friend or redeem on skincare or services.
8. Treatment intervals:
Will be determined based on individual skin conditions and the treatments provided.
The number of treatments will always prioritise safety, regardless of the package chosen,
